KALE STEW

Okay,  So lets get healthy,

Kale seems to be the  ” IN  ”  veggie so here is a  easy soup that is also good for you.

2 can red kidney beans

3 cups chicken stock

1 cup dried lentils

1 large bunch Kale – stemmed and chopped

1 – 28oz can of diced tomatoes

4 stalks celey – chopped

2 med. onions – chopped

4 carrots – chopped

3 bay leaf

8 oz of fresh mushrooms ( your choice ) sliced

1 TBSP thyme

1 TBSP rosemary

1 TBSP turmeric

 

Dump all this stuff in a pot and simmer for 25 min,

COME ON NOW ! , IT DOESN’T GET ANY EASIER THAN THAT.

Add salt and pepper to tase

 

Eat and enjoy !
